Thyme Slice

Terms of Use

Last updated July 18, 2026

These terms cover the Thyme Slice app and thymeslice.com, made by Yardworks Labs, LLC ("we"). By using either, you agree to them.

The app

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Thyme Slice on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms. Don't reverse-engineer it, resell it, or use it to break the law, and don't try to get around the limits that protect the services we run, such as shared pages.

Subscriptions

Thyme Slice is free to use up to a saved-item limit. Saving beyond it requires a Pro subscription, billed through your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel them in your device's subscription settings. Prices may change with notice; refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policy.

Your content

What you save is yours. It lives in your iCloud account, and we claim no rights over it. When you create a share link, you give us permission to host and display the shared items on the share page (that's the entire point of the feature) until you delete the share.

Shared pages

You're responsible for what you share. Don't use share links to publish content that is illegal, infringing, or abusive. We may remove shared pages that violate these terms, and anyone can report a page using the link in its footer.

No warranty

Thyme Slice is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable, but we don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Since your library lives in your iCloud, you are responsible for maintaining your Apple Account and its backups.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yardworks Labs, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using Thyme Slice at any time. Your data is exportable and yours. We may suspend features (such as shared pages) that are used in violation of these terms.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. If we change them materially, we'll update the date above. Questions: support@thymeslice.com.
